The Cornwall Alpine ski teams had another successful year at the Section 9 Championships at Hunter Mountain! The girls continued their dominance in the section by not only winning another OCIAA title but also winning another team championship beating Warwick by 6/10 of a second. Leading the team was Hailey Bentley. She placed first in all four of her runs between slalom and giant slalom to earn her the title of Ski Meister and Section 9 Champion! Also punching her ticket to States was Lorelei Mariani with a very gritty performance after taking a hard spill in her first slalom run. To round out the team was our only senior Avery Greher who peaked at the right time and had a great day!  On the boys’ side. Macsen Mariani also qualified for the state championships at Bristol Mountain by finishing 7th overall. Outside of our state contenders the day was not over. The Green Dragons also took home the hardware with Natalie Rosado, Samantha Mastowski, and Ciara Fogarty All placing in the top 15 to medal!
