Physical Education Choice

A physical education choice model refers to a curriculum designed to offer students options and autonomy in selecting physical education activities for the semester.  Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, where all students participate in the same activities, a choice model allows students to choose from a variety of physical activities based on their interests, abilities, and goals.
